1. KT Series (KT-300M / KT-400M / KT-600M)

The ultimate choice for high-temperature stability and super engineering plastics.

The KT Series consists of fully sintered, ultra-high molecular weight PTFE micropowders, boasting the world’s highest level of heat resistance.

Ideal for Super Engineering Plastics: Perfectly suited as an additive for high-performance polymers such as PEEK.

Zero Outgassing at 420°C: Even at extreme temperatures of 420°C, no decomposition gases are generated. This makes it the ideal choice for POM (Polyoxymethylene) and other resins sensitive to decomposition gases.

Shape Retention at High Temperatures: Unlike standard PTFE, these grades do not exhibit melt-flow even above the melting point. They maintain their particle shape, ensuring uniform dispersion and consistent performance even in high-heat processing.

KTL Series (KTL-450A / KTL-620 / KTL-630)

High-performance additives for superior processability and dimensional stability.

The KTL Series features fully sintered, high molecular weight PTFE micropowders designed for ease of use in manufacturing.

Excellent Flowability & Dispersion: Optimized for seamless integration into production lines. Their superior fluidity allows for automatic feeding into compounding and kneading machinery, increasing operational efficiency.

Dimensional & Strength Stability: These grades exhibit minimal changes in volume or shape around the melting point. As a result, they do not adversely affect the physical strength or dimensional accuracy of the final molded products.
