fluteck is a range of stock shapes and semi-finished products made from fluoropolymer and PEEK resins.
Our standard lineup centers on PTFE, PEEK, and PCTFE in the form of sheets, rods, tubes, and skived film, and we also offer stock shapes in PFA, FEP, ETFE, and ECTFE. Etching treatment to improve adhesion is also available.
Depending on the resin, compounded grades can also be proposed.
fluteck is manufactured by fluorseals, a company headquartered in Italy.
Founded in 1976, fluorseals is a fluoropolymer processing manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience.
Today the company operates manufacturing sites not only in Europe but also in the United States and Asia, giving it a global supply network.
Products are manufactured using compression molding, ram extrusion, isostatic molding, and other processes selected to suit each shape and application.

fluteck Applications
PTFE:
A chemically stable fluoropolymer with excellent heat and chemical resistance. Used in electrical insulation materials, gaskets, packing, and various mechanical components.
PEEK:
A thermoplastic resin with very high heat and chemical resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments such as high temperatures and exposure to chemicals. Used in semiconductor and FPD manufacturing process components, bearings and other mechanical parts, and oil drilling applications.
PCTFE:
Among fluoropolymers, PCTFE offers particularly excellent mechanical properties at low temperatures. While its heat resistance is lower than that of PTFE, it offers superior dimensional stability. Used in semiconductor components and various valves.
