We recently exhibited at the “High-Performance Materials Week Osaka” held at Intex Osaka from May 13–15.
At our booth, we showcased the high-performance polymer compound series “LUVOCOM”, functional masterbatch “LUVOBATCH”, and recycled engineering plastic compounds “LUVOTECH eco” — all manufactured by Germany’s LEHVOSS Group — and were pleased to welcome many visitors.

LUVOCOM® — High-Performance Compounds
LUVOCOM® is a high-performance compound series developed by Germany’s LEHVOSS Group, offering custom resin materials based on engineering and super-engineering plastics.
- High specific gravity (5.2) and low specific gravity (0.8) polyamide grades
- Laser-weldable, flame-retardant black polyamide
- Sliding/wear resistance: low friction coefficient, anti-seizure, bearing applications
- Thermal conductivity: for heat dissipation — available in both insulating and conductive types
- Electrical conductivity/antistatic: ESD protection, static suppression, electronics applications
- Metal detection / X-ray detection: prevention of resin contamination in food production lines
- High heat resistance: specialty compounds based on super-engineering plastics such as PEEK
Custom formulation is available to suit specific application requirements, with flexible support for small-lot evaluation.
LUVOCOM® XCF｜Carbon Fiber Reinforced Grade
LUVOCOM® XCF is an ultra-high-strength carbon fiber reinforced compound resin, achieving tensile strength of up to 425 MPa and tensile modulus of up to 52 GPa — delivering high rigidity and strength for metal replacement in aerospace, sports & leisure, automotive, and many other industries.

- Lineup includes: processing aids, lubricants, heat stabilizers, UV stabilizers, antistatic agents, antifogging agents, odor absorbers, desiccants, and more
