We recently exhibited at the “High-Performance Materials Week Osaka” held at Intex Osaka from May 13–15.
At our booth, we showcased the high-performance polymer compound series “LUVOCOM”, functional masterbatch “LUVOBATCH”, and recycled engineering plastic compounds “LUVOTECH eco” — all manufactured by Germany’s LEHVOSS Group — and were pleased to welcome many visitors.

■ Product Overview

LUVOCOM® is a high-performance compound series developed by Germany’s LEHVOSS Group, offering custom resin materials based on engineering and super-engineering plastics.
Custom formulation is available to suit specific application requirements, with flexible support for small-lot evaluation.

LUVOCOM® XCF is an ultra-high-strength carbon fiber reinforced compound resin, achieving tensile strength of up to 425 MPa and tensile modulus of up to 52 GPa — delivering high rigidity and strength for metal replacement in aerospace, sports & leisure, automotive, and many other industries.

LUVOTECH® eco uses post-industrial recycled (PIR) materials while maintaining physical properties, appearance, and processability close to virgin-grade materials.
An ideal solution for companies exploring environmentally responsible grades or recycled material utilization.

LUVOBATCH® is a masterbatch material with foaming agents and various functional additives compounded at high concentrations into a carrier resin — adding functionality to molded parts and films while also improving processing.
