LUVOCOM® is a series of high-performance compounds developed by the German LEHVOSS Group. These are custom polymer materials based on engineering plastics and super engineering plastics.
• High specific gravity (5.2) and low specific gravity (0.8) polyamides
• Flame-retardant black polyamides for laser welding
• Sliding and wear resistance: low coefficient of friction, seizure prevention, bearing applications

LUVOCOM® XCF is an ultra-high-strength carbon fiber reinforced compound.
With a tensile strength of up to 425 MPa and a tensile modulus of up to 52 GPa, it delivers outstanding stiffness and strength, and is used as a metal replacement in many industries, including aerospace, sports and leisure, and automotive.

Antimony trioxide (ATO) is widely used as a synergist in flame retardant systems. In recent years, however, changes in the international supply and demand balance have made it one of the raw materials whose prices and lead times tend to be unstable.
We increasingly hear concerns such as “ATO procurement is hard to predict” and “Can we switch to an antimony-free flame retardant system?”

For the flame retardant masterbatch “LUVOBATCH® FR,” we propose suitable options according to your application, including halogenated or halogen-free types, compatible resins, and processing method (extrusion or injection molding).

LUVOBATCH® is a masterbatch material in which blowing agents and various functional additives are compounded into a base resin at high concentration. Beyond adding functionality to molded parts and films, it also helps improve your production process.

• Chemical blowing agents: weight reduction, sink mark improvement, warpage reduction
• A wide range of functional additives, including processing aids, lubricants, heat stabilizers, UV stabilizers, antistatic agents, anti-fogging agents, odor absorbers, and desiccants.
